On The Daily

First things first. Let’s get the old food from the past life out of the
house. All those Ho Ho’s and Little Debbie’s, Lays chips and hard candies,
the Skittles, get all of the junk food out of the house. Give it away. Give it
to a relative, a single Mom or Dad, give it to the poor. But give it away. Or
throw it away. Why? Because it will provide you with the opportunity to say
out loud.

“I have chosen to love myself skinny. And so I remove the things
from my life that are unsupportive to my body and are holding me
back.”

Once the food is gone from the house, make this promise to yourself and say it out loud. Write it on the frig, hang it on the wall.

“In this house, I build my body out of endless love and great
ingredients. In this house, I do not bring in enemies of my
beautiful and loved body.”

Then keep that promise to yourself. Don’t bring those bags, boxes,
and containers of death and disease back into your sacred space. I’m not
saying never eat another peanut M&M (my weakness). But when you do
you will buy a small bag as a reward for a great week of self-control. You
will never buy the one-pounder again. EVER! And you will eat your small
bag before you come home. You will not bring it into the house. Into your
sacred space.

If you can make this loving promise to yourself, setting this firm
boundary, you have a chance at loving yourself into your skinny dream
body and staying there for the rest of your life. This boundary will be firm,
and you will uphold it. You will have snacks in the house but you will make
healthy choices from this day forward. Like organic blueberries and
coconut, or pecans with banana slices. I know it doesn’t sound exciting
today. But when you get clean of all the chemicals in those packaged
snack foods, your body will stop craving them. Eventually, it will actually
begin to reject them and their toxins. I know that doesn’t sound like it
could be true. To reject something that you have previously really liked. But
get healthy, and it will happen.

And it is also a combined side effect of finding love for yourself and
cleaning mental/emotional self out. Your vibrational feelings will begin
influencing the food you are consuming. You are already working on loving
and elevating your vibration for yourself, you will by extension begin being
inspired towards better food choices and habits. As an extension of
recognizing negative thoughts and working on more loving self-talk –
doesn’t it make sense now to elevate your intake physically? Live food has
a significantly higher vibration. So start buying some!

In the morning, to complement your circadian rhythm, wake up and:
HIT THE GROUND RUNNING!!!
On Your Mark! – Count Down & get the hell up! Use the 5-4-3-2-1 method
of Mel Robbin’s. It is life altering! (Don’t even think about social media yet)
1) Tell your body that you love it!
2) Brush your teeth with a pulling oil and natural powder – tell yourself you
love you!
3) Have some Celtic salt and baking soda water. Remind yourself to be
kind to you.
4) Work out, if you can, in the morning while you are still fasted. Stretch,
at the very least, because your body serves you well.
5) Add Chaga, MTC oil, and honey or agave, stevia/monk fruit in your
coffee/tea
6) Make lemon/lime water
7) Set a love-yourself goal for the day IMMPPORRTTANNTTTTTT
8) Get some sunlight – and choose to smile!
9) Do some grounding by walking barefoot or just at least touch the earth. And thank Earth for her loving support of all life! Gratitude, Dude!
10) Meditate or spiritual practice that speaks to you. Take time to
commune with the 99.999% that supports your life. Be in gratitude,
surrender your concerns, imagine a beautiful future, be open to
intuitive inspiration and cultivate peace in your soul. ESSENTIAL
11) Decide the length of your fasted period for the day and when you will
eat. – And honor your goals and boundaries with love!
12) Plan your meal so you don’t get bamboozled by hamburger joint smells
on the way home. Stay committed. – Love yourself compassionately if
you do get bamboozled – and eat that burger with loving joy!
13) Do something hard – lift something heavy, take a cold plunge, call
someone you need to be straight with, learn a new skill or
language, etc. Grow your mid-cingulate cortex daily so you can live and
love yourself longer!
13) Go to bed at a reasonably consistent and loving time for your body.
The body does its best repairs from 10-2am. Try to love it with sleep by 10.
Don’t go to sleep until you give appreciation for the body you live in, and
show your heart and mind some love as well. Good time for mantra and
then….Sleep well!
This is a simple checklist of things that if you can do most of them in
a day you will change the entire trajectory of your life. I know because I
did. If you are struggling, get help, get a spiritual or health coach, listen to
a podcast, watch a motivational speaker, enlist a Green friend, and ask the
Divine for guidance. The ways that help can come are endless. Stagnation
is a choice; don’t choose it! Be brave, persevere!
