
Cleanse Me Up!
Let us discuss cleaning out the system. Your body will definitely love
you for taking this on! I will tell you why and with what, and at the end, give an easy-to-follow chart as a guide.
Why would you want to cleanse? To clear out the toxins, heavy
metals, parasites, that is right, I said parasites – I will come back to that in
a minute though, dead and useless cells, bacteria, viruses, cancerous
cells, and so on. What you will gain in benefits is loss of unwanted fat
stores, streamlined digestion, shrinking of the intestinal tract and slimming
the waist, shrinking the liver, kidneys, gall bladder, and pancreas by freeing
them of unhealthy waste buildup and the subcutaneous fats that are often
clinging to and strangling your organs. Those are the main benefits. I am
not going to go through alllll of the benefits because that would be a book.
Lol, But this cleanse will accomplish the above-worthy goals. How much
will depend on the level of current “ick” you are starting with and the level
of dedication you utilize. Having said that, don’t put it off if you can not be
“perfect.” Just get after it as soon as you can fit it into your life.
Plan to do a cleanse 2 times a year. If you really want to improve
your health, do it 4 times a year. When you are trim and incredibly healthy,
do it twice yearly. We are healthy here, and we eat incredibly clean most of
the time, but we still feel it advantageous to do it 3-4X a year. I plan to live
to be 100+, so I won’t slack on my cleansing. We also do 2X a year of one
full week of water fasting, which I will get to in the Die-t chapter.
Bring out the Wormless!
Ok, so first, I promised to revisit the “parasites” statement. Yes, I
know, gross! But if you are alive on planet earth, you have parasites inside
of your body. You are not unique or exempt from them. All mammals do. If
you have a dog, cat, hamster, bunny, goat, chicken, duck, sheep, cow,
horse, turkey….pretty much any animal, you already know it needs to be
wormed. Sorry to pop your bubble, but just like them, you also have
worms. The immune system is in constant battle to maintain their
numbers, and many of the common cold and flu symptoms symptoms are
simply the migration of these parasites through the body. Antibiotics will
often kill a good portion of their adult stages but the rest get through.
While the hatching and havoc wrecking continue unchecked until the next
“cold”. If you have ever had a dry hack that you could not seem to shake
you most likely were pretty wormy. I guarantee you have worms if your rear
end gets itchy around the full moon. (Gross but true) Ever heard the term
“drug its butt like a wormy dog?” Well, if you have, I rest my case.
Here are a few indicators of various human parasites: sugar cravings,
leaky gut, gas upset, bloating of the abdominal cavity, stomach aches,
stomach cramps, sugar cravings, painful and bleeding ulcers without
undue stress, headaches, migraine, swollen under eye bags, itchy ears,
fatigue, sleeplessness, sugar cravings, acne both on the face and the
body, skin blemishes, did I mention sugar cravings? Guess who loves
sugar??!?!!!! That is correct, parasites!! If you want to cut the cravings,
worry yourself! If you do nothing from this book besides love yourself and
worm yourself, you will live a much longer and healthier life. I won’t even
start on what they will do to wreak havoc on all of your internal organs and
systems. But trust me, they are dragging you closer and closer to disease
daily. They have to go! Worm yourself over every full moon. All “vampires”
come out to play over full moons, and parasites are no exception. Love
yourself enough to kill as many of the little buggers as you can. I have
used herbs to clean them out since I was 19. You can find information
about those herbs in our Store*.
The Mover
The bowel is an amazing muscular structure that moves food along
absorbing nutrients and fluids to put into the bloodstream to build your
body with. The “Mover” (an herbal combination*) is for the strengthening of
the “peristaltic movements” of the intestinal tract. Which is the movement
of the muscular structure of the colon that pushes your food along and
out of the body. It begins as a very strong, tight tube that, over time and
from too many “holiday” meals, is often stretched out of shape. If it is over
fed, under rested and plagued by parasites, bacteria, heavy metal,
chemical toxins, preservatives, unusable GMO wastes, over sugared, over
acidic the track will become sick, sluggish and weak. It is estimated that
the average obese person has 5-15 lbs of fecal matter that the intestinal
tract has been unable to expel due to the above list of grievances. This
matter keeps the body from being able to absorb the nutrients that are
passing through simply because the walls of the intestinal tract are caked
with fecal matter that hasn’t moved in possibly decades. I once did a
cleanse and evacuated popcorn seeds. It was August. I hadn’t eaten
popcorn since March. Yikes and I thought I was relatively healthy too. So it
isn’t a matter of skinny or heavy always. And that is why no matter the
outer state of your being the inner state should get attention regularly.
As it gets stretched its strength to completely clean the walls and move all
of the food waste out is diminished. The result is that less and less good
nutrients can be picked up by the intestinal walls and carried into the
blood stream for your nutritional needs. What does this bring to you?
Nutrient deficiency regardless of what you are consuming. In addition to
that you will be continually consuming rotting and decaying dead food
materials that are stuck there. So with the help of the Mover we are going
to tighten things up and get it shaking in there! A beautiful side effect is
that your waist line will shrink significantly! If you have an over sized
intestinal tract and you start strengthening it is going to shrink.The acting
herb in this combination will actually move the intestinal tract of a dead
thing. Not joking. Now go easy on this formula. 1/4 teaspoon in 8oz as tea
is plenty. A capsule or two is also plenty. You will need to start slowly and
build. This will move your tract whether you are ready or not. So if you feel
the urge don’t question it. Just Go! And GO IMMEDIATELY to the nearest
restroom. Better to be safe than sorry! If you suffer from loose stools or
colitis you will need to skip this one. It will make your symptoms worse.
But the next one, the Sweeper, will be your best friend.
The Sweeper
The Sweeper is designed to bulk up a bit inside of you so you will
need to drink plenty of tea and fresh water while using it. It is truly a
wonderful combination of soothing, gentle cleaning conditioners combined
for the health of the micro biome starting in your gut. But not jsut your gut
also for the walls of tract your entire digestion tract. If you have ulcers this
one is your new best friend. If you have dying parasites the Sweeper will
carry them out and neutralize the bacteria from them and their imminent
death. It will draw out toxins, heavy metals, bacteria and all kinds of
foreign squatters. Once the Sweeper comes the bad guys will soon be
homeless and gone from your body.
Protect Flush
You will also be doing a liver, kidney, pancreas and gall bladder flush.
The blood supply to everything in your body is cleaned and supported by
these fine organs. There is not a part of your body that is not effected by
their health. So it is paramount that we give due attention to them. Do a
flush at least twice yearly. You absolutely can do it more often. If I drink a
good bit of wine or alcohol, take antibiotics or pain killers, or eat heavily
processed foods for a few days I will make a pot and drink it over a 2-3
day period. It never hurts to stick it in where ever you might feel it will be
beneficial. Listen to your body. If you’re bloated right under your
diaphragm, even if it has not gone to the place of being painful (yet), it is
likely your liver. If your middle back directly below your ribs is in pain on
each side of your spine. It is likely your kidneys. It is essential to get these
cleaned out before you really get into shedding the pounds. You need
them to be ready to take toxins locked in your fat and deal with them.
Likely, they have been overworked by the Western diet full of GMO’s and
added preservatives, and chemicalized waters.
The Cleanse!
Ok, now lets go over how to cleanse. You can do an all systems
cleanse or pick the systems you want to focus on. If you have never
cleansed, at least do the de-worming with Wormless, the intestinal clearing
with Mover and Sweeper, the Protect Tea (or capsules) for the Liver (gall
bladder) and Kidney (Bladder) purging. Why are you going to do that?
Because you love yourself. Because you want to be healthy and strong.
And you can.
The first thing to do is order the herbs of your choice. While you wait
for them to arrive, begin changing your diet. Begin by just compressing
your eating window into a smaller period of time. Compress it down to 12
hours or less. For the first week to ten days while you prepare to start on
the herbs. Your diet will contain only live, meaning nothing cooked or
processed. So fresh and organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. No
meat or dairy, or nothing that has a face or came from something that has
a face. This cleanse is a 3-4 week process. You will be off of “face foods”
for most of this period – for best results. But understand that you do not
have to be. If you do wish to eat “face” foods, again, buy raw, organic and
non-GMO sources and cook them yourself. Meat takes the body a great
deal of energy to break down and utilize. Cutting it out for a few weeks
really gives the body an ample amount of time to see to an excellent
spring cleaning! So it is worth trying. Or at least eat less than you might
normally.
Once the herbs arrive and you are eating fresh food in an 12 hour or
less window. Start taking the Wormless. You will be taking 5 a day for 5
days in a row. If you have a significant parasite “farm” living inside of you
here is what you can expect. Swollen glands in your neck, possibly a mild
cough, runny nose, eye burgers, under-eye swelling and a general feeling
of icky fatigue. These types of symptoms are what you should expect as
the vampire buggers begin dying and leaving icky dead bodies behind
them. This is normal if this is your first ever de-worming, so expect it. But
these few discomforts are worth the gains and the next round of
de-worming will feel like a breeze. Once you have wormed yourself for five
days, you will back off to 1-2 capsules of Wormless a day for the
remainder of the cleanse.
The following week, you will begin with the Mover and the Sweeper.
Day 1, one take one of each. On day 2, take two of each. On day 3, take
three of each. I suggest that you level out here and just take 3 of each per
day for the remainder of the cleanse. If your intestinal tract gets to moving
too quickly, your stools may lose shape. If they go a little runny, just lower
the number of Movers you are taking. This results from the track becoming
smaller, stronger, and cleaner, and moving too quickly. Stronger is a good
thing, so don’t be alarmed or worried. Just handle it by lowering the
number of Movers by a little. Once you have been on this aspect of the
cleanse for 5 days, it is time to add the Protect flush. You can take this one
in caps or as tea. The tea has a relatively pleasant and mild taste. I drink it
as a tea because fluid volume is essential when flushing. You will need to
take in up to 2 quarts of either tea or water during the flush. (Nothing else,
well maybe a cup of coffee in the morning, lol) If you don’t care for the
flavor of it as a tea use the capsules. It doesn’t matter as much how you
get it in – just get it in.
Here is an easy chart to follow for doing a Cleanse:
Week 1
Fresh, raw foods as much as possible. Compress eating window
to 12 hours
-Begin 5 days of the Wormless and kill the parasite!
-Begin increasing water or tea consumption/limit other liquids
-add lemon/lime and Sea salt/baking soda to all water
Week 2
Fresh, raw foods only. Eating window of 10 hours
Begin the Mover and Sweeper as follows:
Day – 1 take 1 each
Day – 2 take 2 each
Day – 3 take 3 each and maintain for the rest of the cleanse.
-Continue 1 capsule of Wormless this week.
-Consume only water (with above added) or tea primarily
Week 3-?
Fresh, raw foods only. Eating window of 8 hours.
Begin the Protect Tea Flush and clear out your organs!
-Continue 1 Wormless and 2-3 Mover & Sweeper regument.
-A good practice would be to add
-Brain – clean/repair – 2-4 caps pm
-Heart – clean/repair the heart and vessels – 2-4 caps pm
-Breathe – purge the lymphatic system – 2-4 caps pm
-Immune Boost – build immunity – 2-4 caps pm
You can do each of one of the extras as a week long individual cleanse. Still incorporating the basic Protect/Mover/Sweeper regiment. You can do all of these together in a week. Or add one each time you do a cleanse, rotating through them in a year.
If you experience headaches, as normal during an upheaval of toxins
being purged, I strongly suggest using Painless like candy during the
cleanse. You can not overdose on herbs. What isn’t used passes through
naturally. In fact, when herbs don’t meet expectations, it is almost always
due to their chronic under-use. The herbs offer nutrients, but it is the
body’s need for those nutrients that has to be met for healing and health to
become your reality. So when in doubt – take more.
-If you are able, the last three days of the flush consume liquids only.
You will be amazed at the changes in your body in those three days. And
