
Die(ting)!
If you have read this far then you may already have come to the
conclusion that I am not a fan of dieting. I am a fan of healthy, loving
choices that create long-term, beautiful body results. Ones for Making you
into the beautifully shaped, beaming with love and vitality human that you
intended to be when you came. I will give you my “getter done” quick
protocol at the end of this chapter. First, however, I want to say a few
things about dieting first.
1) Dieting often is followed by the sad “it comes right back”
frustration. This is indicative of not loving yourself of only changing the
physics of the flesh but not the vibration of it. So the weight comes back
because you may have forced a change in the body, but not how you feel
or talk to it. That is honestly the most straightforward truth that you may
have been missing. Diets fail on this premise alone. For some, learning to
love yourself may not be a fast process. It takes some dedication and a
willingness to develop awareness.
2) The reality is that emotions are often, not always, but very often,
stored in the cellular vibration of excess fat. If you are a sensitive person
and haven’t been able to speak to your feelings or don’t feel heard when
you do, you very likely have body fat that is housing stored emotions. As
you process the fat for fuel, the emotions are going to surface. They have
to. That fat layer was protecting you, attempting to keep you safe from the
pain. They are there waiting to be heard. They will come like little bubbles
of emotion released and rising to the surface. Your body’s immediate
response (because its job is to protect you from pain) will be to send you
the desire to eat. Eating will stop the burning of the fat containing the
emotion, and the emotion can then be suppressed once again. And whew!
The body has kept you safe….., from your self.
So just know that when you go about losing the weight fast it will be
one _ _ _ _ of a roller-coaster ride at times emotionally. Now you can
suppress them, and think that you have “stubborn fat”. But that won’t be
the truth of the matter. Just plan on sitting with the “bubbles” and, by
goodness, invest in some kleenex. 😉
3) Let’s talk about nutrient deficiency. Especially if you have been
eating non-organic and GMOs, quickly losing weight will be taxing to your
body. You may very well already be nutrient deficient. Start buying non-
GMO and Organic foods. Take advantage of the up to 90% increase in
nutrient content. Plan to take in an obscene amount of Super Food!
4) Trust me, it isn’t a fun time on the fast track. You will have
headaches, you will feel dizzy, you will suffer from exhaustion, it will lower
your motivation levels, you may feel depressed in every system of your
body, and more. So, if you are still interested in going fast, get ready to
cold plunge or cold shower daily. You will need to grow your mid-cingulate
cortex to stay the course. In fact, you will need to post printed sheets of
“Stay the Course!” all over the place so your brain can see it everywhere
you look. Move them every few days so you continue to notice them.
Rehearse it over and over and over. You will need resolve. Can you do it?
Absolutely. Undoubtedly. No question! But be ready to be uncomfortable.
SOOOO, If you are absolutely fearless, which you need to be for the
fast track diet, lets take a look at the how. How to effectively “get the bull
by the horns” so to speak. These parameters will be effective to safely and
more quickly lose pounds. They are not optional. If you are doing this, get
all in. This program works beautifully once you are healthy and want to
shed a few extras quickly. At that point, this will be an easy tool in your
bag. And this is actually a really great process just to do at some point.
Difficult things really stretch you in ways you will not expect. The emotional
growth, the development of killer-level tenacity, and the knowledge of your
limitless nature will be worth it. And you are LIMITLESS!
Autophagy
Now a little about fasting. I am only going to give you the brass tacks
of it. But there is soooo much supporting research on the incredible
benefits of fasting on your health, weight, aging processes that it is worth
looking into.
First I want to dispel the myth that you will loose muscle. Your body
doesn’t eat the parts necessary for your “fight or flight” response system
to be at peak performance. Your body is infinitely intelligent! When the
body senses that you are in a famine, it will not eat what it needs to get the
food. Or what you need to slay the food. You need muscle. Your body will
eat the fat first. That is why it was storing fat to begin with! So, not even
during short fasting periods will it eat what it needs to survive. You will lose
the ugly white fat that hides in your muscles. The stuff referred to as
cellulite. (Bonus!)
This muscle loss myth has been debunked quite a few times already.
One of my favorite researchers on the benefits of fasting is Dr. Jason Fung,
MD. Properly nick-named The Fasting Doctor. And Mindy Pelz, author of
Fast Like A Girl. Both teach that when the body goes without food, it starts
amplifying every resource it has to ensure its survival. I am going to give
you a condensed version of how this takes place.
The body can run on two different metabolic sources. It can run on
glucose energy, which the body takes from your food, especially starches
and sugars. Or it can run on ketone energy, which the body produces
during an 8-hour fast, or from proteins. Now your brain loves both because
the presence of both gives it different advantages.
At 8 hours of fasting, your body will utilize the last meal until the
glucose is low. Then it will start harvesting ketones. If you have a cup of
coffee or tea in the morning, with a bit of cream or, sugar/honey, you will
introduce glucose again. And your brain will be doing cartwheels because
it will have both. The wonderful thing about ketones is that they turn off the
hunger hormones. If you can resist eating after 8pm, you will be giving
your brain an advantage, and your hunger will naturally be suppressed
when you wake up.
At 12-15 hours, you start to convert fat stores to energy, and your
growth hormone skyrockets (so work out now if you want to build muscle).
Testosterone rises in everyone; in men, it rises as high as 1300% at this
point in the fasted period. If you suffer from low testosterone, fast 16 hours
a day, and it can reset your system entirely. In addition inflammation is
reduced throughout the body. Healing projects get underway by the body.
At 18 hours, the human growth hormone increases dramatically.
Prepare to wake up younger! Hollywood runs its beauty industry around
human growth hormones! It keeps aging at bay! And fasting gives them to
you for free!
Between 18 and 24 hours, your glycogen stores are drained, and
ketones ramp up. And then the magic happens! Autophagy begins.
Essentially, Autophagy means that your body moves toward one goal. That
singular goal is survival. It puts your body on high alert, and extreme
healing begins. The body starts absorbing bad and dying cells, breaks
them down, and repurposes them. The body will begin repairing or
repurposing all low-energy cells, including those compromised with
cancer. (YES fasting causes your body to eat cancer!)
The good cells will heal themselves and are massively strengthened.
The immune system goes on high alert. Full systemic Stem cell systems
reboot, and your entire white blood cell and T cells are replaced with a
whole upgraded version. The gut microbiome completely resets and
upgrades itself. Serotonin, which comes from the gut, gets an upgrade.
You will actually begin to feel very good at this point. The metabolism
speeds up. Viruses start getting killed off. Cancer begins to be decimated.
These bad guys are already weakened from lack of glucose (which they
thrive on – they love sugar!) and are no match for your now upgrading
immune system.
36 hours Autophagy increases by 300%. Fat now stands no chance
all extra fat starts coming off. Guess where it comes off of first? That’s
right, the belly. Belly fat is the first to go, beginning at 36 hours.
48 hours Autophagy increases by 30% more. The body is killing off
every virus, cancer, parasite, and foreign invader it comes across! Fat
stores are disappearing.
54 hours Autophagy levels out and continues repairing the body.
Insulin levels bottom out. Good news for anyone with insulin resistance or
sensitivities: you just got a full reset!
72 hours the body starts repairing skin and soft tissue. This is when
you will start to reap the benefits of looking younger as aging is arrested.
Days 4+, the body will maintain its Autophagy, working its way in
from the skin and healing old injuries, breaking down scar tissues,
repairing cartilage flaws, repairing bone imperfections, repairing organs,
and improving everything, including your eyesight. Remember, like all
animals, there are nutrients in your fat. Fat is stored in the body to be used
in times of famine. We are just inducing one, so to speak.
Don’t worry about being perfect. Just do the best you can. If you
have an event, birthday, or some special occasion, just enjoy the occasion.
I just add a day at the end. I don’t fret about it. I am here to enjoy my life
and the people in it. So I work around the things that are here and meant
to be enjoyed. Love yourself. That is the most important thing.
The Fast Diet – a Must-Do List
If you have read this far I hope that you have already put together a
plan to love yourself. And that you have some form of spiritual practice in
your life. Such as meditation, prayer time, time in nature, etc. I don’t care
what you choose, but you must commit to doing something daily to feed
your spirit and yourself. These are paramount for your success. If you are
unsure what to do, ask the “Divine”. Go back to the spiritual section and
pick some things to try.
1) Order Super Food and take them like candy, everytime you want to go
eat something! (In the “Store”)
2) Order Hormone Balancer, Sleep Science and your gender/stage
specifics to choose from. (In the Store.)
3) Buy organic foods, especially ones that support the area of your body
that you feel needs the most love.
4) Plan to start with a cleansing period that will be outlined for you. You
are not allowed to cleanse until you have gone 1 week packing your
body with non-GMO and organic foods. This will enable you to gather,
order, and receive the herbal combinations you will use during the
cleansing period. We full system cleanse here two times a year. It is life
changing or I wouldn’t do it. The ones we have skipped we have paid
for with weaker immune system response, less energy, and lower
mental clarity.
5) Get a water distiller or a water filtration container that uses charcoal.
Unless you have well water that is free of chemical additives, you will
need to filter your water. Tap water is so incredibly bad for you that I
don’t know where to start. Bottled water is a no because it leaches the
synthetic estrogen molecule into the water from the day it is filled. Just
love yourself enough to take your water into your own hands and get a
method of filtering it. I ordered both of my systems through amazon.
Both are under $100.
6) Get a Mini Trampoline. You are going to have to keep your lymph
system in top shape to handle the speed at which this program is
going to burn off fat. I love mine. I can’t believe how long I have lived
without one. They take up almost no space. Mine can slide clear under
my bed. You can lean it against a wall. Very little space is needed to
utilize it. They come with a handle if you think balancing while jumping
sounds daunting. If you don’t want a trampoline at the very least get a
jump rope. It will have more impact on your skeletal structure, but you
will still clear your lymph’s.
7) Get your sleep habits under control. Turn off all devices with a screen
every night 30 minutes before you plan to fall asleep. Don’t expect to
be asleep the minute your head hits the pillow. Allow your body to relax
into sleep. Find a chakra healing meditation to listen to while you are
falling asleep. I will link my favorite youtube meditations in the links
section. Plan to fall asleep during it. Your subconscious will finish the
meditation with or without you. Use the Mel Robbin’s method of “I will
fall asleep in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1”. Saying it slowly over and over. Programming
your mind into doing just that. It is sooo effective.
8) Prepare to cold plunge or cold shower. It’s time to grow that mid-
cingulate cortex. This isn’t going to be a walk in the park. Don’t miss
out on this bio-hack. Remember it is increasing your metabolic rate by
300% for 24 hours and that will exorbitant amounts of fat. And it is one
of the best hacks for skin tightening practices on the planet – BONUS!
And as the weight comes off quickly you willlll have extra skin. So get
to lovingly plunging! If you don’t plunge, find something else that is
hard. Learn calculus for fun! (I’d rather a cold plunge than math!)
For the fast track shedding program, you will need to order the
products that you choose to use. I will list the important ones and the
optional ones here. You can look over the protocols below if you have
questions about when and why you will be using them.
Essentials:
- Superfood (lots)
- Hormone Balancer
- Gender/stage specific
- Sleep Science
- Wormless
- Mover & Sweeper
- Protect Tea or capsules
Optional:
- Heart
- Immune Booster
- Breathe
- Brain
While you wait for them to arrive begin pushing your eating window down
to a 4-6 hours. Slowly switch from cooked to fresh and raw as well as
nothing with a face or came from something with a face. This means no
meats, no eggs, and no dairy. It sounds terrifying, but it’s only for a few
weeks (and it will help rid you of parasites). Get your exercise schedule of
at least 12-15 minutes daily underway. Do 5 days a week at least. Make it
your goal to do at least 3 HIIT sessions per week.
Once you establish this routine notice how much energy your body
has. You will be into the second week and should have recieved the
products you chose to incorporate. You don’t have to utilize our products
but it will go better and faster if you do. If they have not arrived, continue
your routine.
1) Begin by taking the recommended amount of Super Food – plus
additional 2-4 when you have hunger pains. Hunger pains are part of the
way that your body asks for nutrients – so honor that and give it some.
2) Start on Hormone Balancer and your gender/stage specific
capsules 3 times daily. You will need to see that nutrients for them to do
their part is present in your system all day.
3) Sleep Science – take 2-4 nightly. There are things in this product
that help to clean out your brain’s soup while you are sleeping. This will
help you have less head aches during the toxic purge.
4) Drink water with lemon/lime and Baja Gold or Celtic salt and
baking soda in it. 1 lemon and lime per 1/2 gallon of clean water and add 1
teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Room temperature is
best for the body.
The Cleanse – Modified for Fast Tracking
Week 1 – Fresh, raw foods as much as possible. Compress eating window
to 4-6 hours
-Begin 5 days of the Wormless and kill the parasite!
-Begin increasing water or tea consumption/limit other liquids
-add lemon/lime and Sea salt/baking soda to all water
Week 2 – Fresh, raw foods only. Eating window of 4 hours Begin the Mover and Sweeper as follows:
Day -1 take 1 each
Day – 2 take 2 each
Day – 3 take 3 each and maintain for the rest of the cleanse.
-Continue 1 capsule of Wormless this week.
-Consume only water (with above added) or tea primarily
Week 3-? – Fresh, raw foods only. Eating window of 1 meal.
Begin the Protect Tea Flush and clear out your organs!
-Continue 1 Wormless and 2-3 Mover & Sweeper regiment.
A good practice would be to add:
-Brain – clean/repair – 2-4 caps pm
-Heart – clean/repair the heart and vessels – 2-4 caps pm
-Breathe – purge the lymphatic system – 2-4 caps pm
-Immune Boost – build immunity – 2-4 caps pm
You can do each of one of the extras as a week long individual cleanse. Still incorporating the basic Protect/Mover/Sweeper regiment. You can do all of these together in a week. Or add one each time you do a cleanse, rotating through them in a year.
What you will be doing next is incorporating a more full fast. You will
go for 3 days in a full fast. And what I mean that you will chew nothing
during those 3 days. I suggest that you take in LOTS of fluids during this
time. I want you to float. If you are hungry take some Super Food and
drink more tea or water. I want to drown your system in pure nutrition and
fluid.
You can also use a juicer and juice raw fruit and vegetables. But no
chewing only liquids. But we are going to completely cut out chewing for
3 days at a time in a semi-fast. This will save your body an absurd amount
of time so that it can focus on other things. On day 4 you will eat – what
ever you like as long as it is fresh and organic. (And enjoy it with no guilt!)
The goal is to break the fast and send some fiber through to clean the
intestinal wall. You will do this 3 semi’s/1 fresh for 2 rounds. So a total of 8
days. When that seems easy and you are feeling pretty good it is time to
move on. If you have eaten fairly clean up to this point you may only want
one round of the 3 semi/1fresh.
Now for the full blown “Get Er Done” program you will completely
fast for 3 days. And by completely I mean water with lemon/lime/salt/soda
or an herbal tea. Honey, agave, monk fruit or stevia are the sweetener
options. Then one day or fresh, raw foods. You will still be incorporating
the products you have chosen to do.Then 4 days full fast, one day fresh.
Then go 5 days full fast, one day fresh.
The fat will be falling off by this time. You may also have noticed
strange emotional upheavals. Situations with unpleasant partners, a
parent, co-worker, or friends coming up. This is normal. They must come
up for the weight to come off and stay off. Try the “emotional bubble”
process and sit with the upcoming emotions. As I said before, if you sit
with it, it will release, and you will be free of it for good from that
experience. You may have the same emotion come up, but it will likely be
from a different experience.
I don’t suggest going more than 3-4-5 in a row. Now is when I would
switch to confusing the body in a 3 day cycle. So what that looks like is 1
day of full fast, 1 day of protein foods (including meat, eggs) no carbs and
1 day of carbs only, no proteins. I keep the 4 hour eating window and just
cycle through the days.
So it will look like this:
Get R Done
3 days full fast/1 day fresh
4 days full fast/1 day fresh
5 days full fast/1 day fresh
1 day full fast/1day protein/1 day carbs 4 hour eating window
(repeating 1,1,1- until the weight you dream of is realized!)
The above program is approximately 60 days long. I have done it.
When I was sick and with hormone problems, I was having periods that
lasted for weeks and weeks of heavy flow, seeming with no end to them.
Serious water weight gain -like crazy amounts. I tried a regular long
cleanse—more than one time. I tried fasting for 20 days straight. During
which I gained 3 pounds. All I was consuming was coffee (I never give that
up, not ever), herbal tea, and superfood capsules. Zero food, zero sweeteners
save 1 teaspoon of honey in the coffee in the morning. I felt better, and I
did stop bleeding, but nothing else changed.
Then one day my daughter brought the “Maricle” herbs that I had
formulated years ago for Broodmare’s into the breeding lab. (She was tired
of seeing my pain and struggle.) She made me a cup of tea and told me to
drink it. I had had cramps for days, but had not begun to flow. I started
flowing within hours. And then the cramps went away that afternoon.
(???!!!???) I was like, Holy $hit! So I drank some more at bedtime. My flow
was heavy but shorter. I continued drinking it and had the most
manageable period I had had in years, lasting only one week! And my
headaches, which had been my constant companion for several years,
went away. I’m not kidding; I had headaches that would put most men in
bed with the covers over their heads for more than 2 years. Pretty much
daily, ranging from feeling like I was underwater to my eyes will pop out of
my head. Gone Completely! But the weight remained, and I was tired. I
had attributed the fatigue to the excessive bleeding. So, I decided to dive
down the herbal rabbit hole and see if I could fix my fatigue. I formulated
the Brain, Adrenals, Thyroid, and Superfood Blends by researching for
endless nights. I couldn’t sleep anyway. Hadn’t slept in months. Literally
for months, not more than 20-30 minutes at a time. All night long. So, I had
loads of time to research. Nothing else one can do in the middle of the
night with 2-hour intervals between 20-30 minute “naps”. I know what not
sleeping does to the body, so I was worried, and I was determined. I
ordered alllll the herbs. Mixed them and started one at a time drinking
them as tea for a week each. I started at the top with the Brain. When the
week was up, I definitely could tell the difference. My photographic
memory, heck my memory period was back. I quit using a notepad or
“notes” on my phone because I didn’t need to. The speed my brain
processed input, and its natural clarity were returning to teenager capacity.
I was amazed and excited. I capsulated the Brain, took them every
morning, and moved on to the Thyroid tea. I lost 16lbs of water weight in
first 4 days on thyroid tea. It was insane. I peed EVERY hour all day for
four days. I felt loads better and even slept about 2 hours at a time. The
next week I made capsules of them and started on the Adrenal AM tea
during the day and the Adrenal PM tea in the evening. The first night I went
to bed 30 minutes after drinking the tea. (Like at 6:30, lol, not kidding! 😉
Not by choice really. I simply could not stay upright with my eyes open. I
slept 14 hours straight without even waking up. I didn’t turn over, didn’t
plug the phone in, didn’t turn on sleep music, didn’t do an evening
meditation, nada. I’m not joking. I slept over 12 hours a night for the next 2
weeks straight. My body needed the time to recover. And recover it did. I
lost, over the following months, 28lbs all together. Did this entire protocol
and built this program through extensive research and experimentation. I
did have to take pauses in this program to go to horse shows and do life. I
didn’t stop living; I just fit the program in as much as I could. But with
intense determination that I would be well again. I recovered my high
school body which I had not seen some time. The progress was so fast
once I was on all of the herbal combinations that I was excited and in love
with my body again, and my vigor and zest for life returned. The biggest
emotional change I can say was that I found reclaimed my youthful joy and
innocent wonder. Not all at once. I think it snuck up on me slowly. One day
I just realized that I felt the lightness and happiness of my teenage years.
So I can tell you that a journey to loving yourself, and to healing your body,
while it is difficult some days, is 100% worth it. Knowing what hurdles I
had to overcome, especially emotionally, I can say that I am so proud of
myself. I could tell you horror stories about what I have been through
emotionally, but not today. There is no one on this planet whose heart has
not been broken against the rocks by this life. Heck, I believe it is part of
the learning we came to do. Aside from what I believe, I know we are all
somewhat broken and, as a result, carrying unloving emotions around with
us. And I don’t feel embarrassed to say it. We are all the same in this way.
We are victims of the pains of life.
But for me, I know what it took. I know that I earned the right to be
proud of my resolve, of my forward failures, of my wins in learning to be
compassionate to myself, of the skinny jeans and tight dresses that I
slowly fit back into. You can, too. I know you can. I am not a special
snowflake. I have no superpowers. You and I are equally outstanding in
our making. I am here to tell you that you can do it. I know you can. Email
