Men!
Men! Let’s talk about drive, shall we? Your driving force in your
physical body is primarily created by the testosterone levels that your
hormone system is maintaining. I believe that to be a man in today’s world
is very difficult and constantly challenging. Life without you would be
bleak, to say the least (and potentially come to a grinding halt, would be
more accurate). Very little around us operates smoothly without men, so
we know that you shoulder a lot, and I, as a woman, want to extend my
appreciation to you. For the electricity in the house, the water in the pipes,
the gas in the car, the roads on which I drive, the protection that we
enjoy….all these and more are because a man
Take a moment right now if you are a man and consider the level of
luxuries that society enjoys because of your gender… Feel the pride of
being a part of the greater collective that is men. Feed some of this pride,
appreciation, and love to your own heart. It is possibly the most neglected
aspect of your life.
The male reproduction system is pretty straightforward in its
hormone map. The Gonads, or testicles, produce testosterone at the
behest of the hypothalamus. Testosterone is essential for a multitude of
functions in the male body. It directly influences motivation, mental and
physical endurance, sperm production, sex drive and performance, mood
balance, self-control, muscle health, metabolic balance, mental sharpness,
physical speed and muscular response time, bone density, and blood
composition quality. Along with testosterone, progesterone, known as the
“happy” hormone, is helpful in mood balancing. And a little estrogen is
required as well, which helps with feelings to communication transfer.
When the testosterone levels are too low, everything on the above
list suffers. However, the most common complaints I hear are fatigue and a
lack of motivation. So, let’s first go over the things that can block the
utilization of testosterone. Then, we will discuss things that will enhance it.
Primary “blockers” today are forms of estrogen found in soft plastics.
Also gluten molecules of GMO grains the leader of which is wheat. What
these both do is make it impossible for testosterone to get into its
receptors. These large estrogen and gluten molecules fit right into your
receptor sites. These sites are kind of like reserved parking places.
Unfortunately the offending molecules are very rude and bully in pushing
your own testosterone molecules aside. Sadly, they offer nothing of value
while squatting.
So you may have testosterone in your bloodstream, but it is not
being utilized. At some point, the production will drop, and testicles shrink
due to not being used; just like any muscle that is wasting, they can even
shut down. This is often the case in men who have tested high in estrogen
and low in testosterone. I want to stress the importance of a few foods
(listed shortly) that can bind onto them and will carry these excess
estrogen invaders from the body. This will keep them from overoccupying
the receptor sites that testosterone should otherwise utilize.
These “estrogen” molecules are not natural and are taken in in
GMO’s food and leech from plastics (the squishy kind like water bottle
plastics) into fluid and foods. Even some animals, such as chickens, are
not just supplemented for increased growth rates but are themselves
genetically modified to produce excess estrogen to speed their growth.
You want to clear these estrogen forms that act as blockers.
Another aspect to be aware of is the gluten molecules found in non- GMO wheat and other grains. The gluten molecule has a similar structure to testosterone and progesterone. It is more than happy to park in their spots. However, it offers nothing of value while it squats there. So you may have testosterone in your bloodstream but not being utilized due to these thieves squatting in their parking spots.
And for the support of proper male hormone support here is a list of foods that are fantastic choices!
- Nuts – Pumpkin!, Flaxseed, Hemp seeds
- Oils – avocado, olive, coconut, fish
- Meat – oysters, tuna, red meat, eggs
- Fruits – pomegranates, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, apples
- Vegetables – dark leaf greens, red onions, ginger, velvet beans,
- Unnaturally occurring Estrogen removers = broccoli Brussel sprouts, cabbage
- Mushrooms – cordyceps (Himalayan viagra)
Herbs
There are some incredible herbs for the balance and production of testosterone in the male body. I have had the most amazing results using herbs for male horses. Our stallion “Nike” produced over 1000 foal in his “siring” career. I can assure you that they work. In human years Nike would have been 80+ when he sired his last season of foals.
Horny Goat Weed or Epimedium is a time tested aphrodisiac. It is used not only to increase libido in both men and women but is also a huge benefit to men for the improvements in erection strength and duration. In part due to its flavonoid “Icariin,” which boosts the successful transmission of nitric oxide. Nitric Oxide is the chemical that delivers ample blood to the penis for arousal. Icariin also aids in circulating free- form testosterone in the bloodstream. It protects the prostate and increases the health of sperm and the quality of seminal fluids. If you try nothing else, I suggest this one. Icariin also has incredible effects on fatigue, bone density, and formation by improving the microstructure of the bone. And is a kidney toner as well. Tribulus Fruit is a powerful herb for sexual libido. It has an elevating effect on the production of the luteinizing hormone (LH). This, in turn, increases the levels of free testosterone. It also improves the quality and longevity of sperm. Assists in erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Enhances feelings of motivation and muscle mass. So, for bodybuilding, it is truly hard to beat. Containing the steroidal saponin “protodioscin,” which promotes the release of nitric oxide that, in turn, increases the flow of oxygen-rich blood to all muscle tissues. It increases stamina during the workout and aids in recovery. How? It increases the use of protein in the bloodstream during stress or workouts. Then, it stimulates the Pituitary gland to release more (LH) luteinizing hormone, thereby increasing testosterone production. It is truly an amazing little plant packed with power! If you are getting (or staying) in shape this plant is your best buddy!
Tongkat Aki is a popularly used remedy for male sexual health. From infertility studies to muscle building, this one has had many reviews on its benefits. This is a great one for erectile dysfunction as it is shown to increase testosterone production as well, much like the above herbs. Also, a leader in mood balance and relaxation. During studies, it was noted that it enhanced mood and reduced stress responses.
Damiana Root has long been known for its helpfulness in achieving and maintaining erection. Coming from a slightly different angle than the above herbs, this one helps the anxiety and stress-related aspects of sexual performance. Containing thymol, which stimulates the mind and body out of nervous exhaustion. This is a valuable one for anyone suffering from depression. It also increases the sensitivity of the flesh in erogenous zones for greater pleasure. It has other great benefits as a chemical and toxin cleanser and increases the absorption of nutrients in the intestinal tract.
Ashwagandha Root is a fantastic herb from the ginseng family. It has countless positive effects on the entire body. Most notably the endocrine or hormonal systems. Lowers Blood Sugar and fat found in the bloodstream. For you men, it significantly increases testosterone levels and increases fertility, muscle strength, size, speed, and coordination. It also improves mental cognition, attention span, motor response coordination, and reaction time. It may be best known for its ability to reduce emotional stress and sleeplessness. Forbes.com
Ginseng is the OG of the antioxidant herbs used for centuries for overall well-being. It is a leader in correcting erectile dysfunction and protecting your sexual organs from scavengers. It increases the available energy and improves mood. It also boosts the immune system and lowers blood sugar and blood pressure. Often prescribed by herbalists to diabetic suffers to improve insulin regulation and use. Improves the brain’s function. iherb.com
Ginkgo Biloba Leaf is very rich in flavonoids, including bitter ginkgolides. They powerfully inhibit the excess production of platelets. This action helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by thinning the blood much like aspirin does. These flavonoids also protect the delicate endothelial cells of the blood vessel lining, strengthening them and reducing clots. Improved circulation naturally improves sexual function, which relies on circulation for performance. Indigo-herbs.co.uk
Ginger has numerous health benefits. It is studied around the world for its ability to inhibit the formation of cancer cells. I included ginger here because the Prostate has been a concerned area of cancer cell formation. Looking down the long road of life is a good addition for protecting your family jewels! And the additional benefits are pretty great. It reduces muscle pain from stress and fatigue. It soothes nausea and acid reflux with just one cup of tea. It improves cognitive function, mental focus, and energy. And best of all boosts the entire immune system.
Formula we offer
In addition to the above list, our Studly formula touts the most
incredible herbs for the balance and production of testosterone in the male
body. I have had the most outstanding results using herbs for male horses.
Our stallion “Nike” produced over 1000 foals in his “siring” career. I can
assure you that they work. In human years, Nike would have been 80+
when he had sired his last season of foals. And this should be the norm.
The male body is designed to be able to perform in later years. When male
performance in sexual and physical areas falls into severe decline,
especially when still relatively young (meaning below 80-100), it is due to a
lack of available nutrients required to create healthy hormones and cells.
